Order of Glory, 1st cl., #3154, awarded to a former reconnaissance scout of the
3rd Ukrainian Front for the 1944 fighting in Hungary. As was often the case, the
recipient had been erroneously awarded with two Orders of Glory 2nd cl., one of
which was later replaced with the Glory 1st cl. according to the Soviet award
code. A highly decorated enlisted soldier, he took part in the 1945 Victory Parade
in Moscow. The order is in excellent condition. Comes with a copy of the award
commendations for all three Orders of Glory.
