Medal of Honored Medical Doctor of RSFSR, 1975-1995. The top level of recognition bestowed by the government of Soviet Russian (and later, Russian Federation) upon MDs. Although the title existed since 1940, the medal (or "honorary badge" by its official Soviet designation) was only established in 1975. In excellent condition.
