M 1916 "ShLS" Steel Helmet, 1917 issue. Used by both sides in the Russian Civil
War, it remained in service with the Red Army until WW2. Exceptionally rare even
compared with the similar Finnish M 17 "Sohlberg" model. In superb condition, with
the intact original paint, liner and chinstrap. An extraordinary find for the
serious collector.
Paratrooper Variant of the M-40 Helmet, dated 1955. Features airborne 3-
point harness. Very uncommon piece from the height of the Cold War. Very good
condition.
Pilotka Side Cap, dated 1941. A very rare well-preserved and nicely marked example
from the first year of the Patriotic War. Size 57 (US 7 1/8 / Medium).

Armed Forces EM / NCO Pilotka Side Cap, dated 1974. An excellent example of
a Soviet soldier's side cap from the relatively early period, well before the
Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
M 1987 Army (Land Forces) Officer Pilotka Side Cap, c. late 1980s - 1991.
Includes a tag of Kiev Headgear Factory in Soviet Ukraine. Size 55 (Small), EXC
unissued condition.
M 1987 Air Force Officer Side Cap, made in Odessa in 1992. Size 56, EXC
unissued condition. Technically, a post-Soviet hat but made immediately after the
collapse of the USSR and identical in all respects to Soviet AF officer side caps.
Classic Soviet Army "Afghanka" Field Cap, circa late-1970s - mid-1980s. Approx.
size 59-60 (US size 7 3/8 to 7 1/2). The cap unissued, in excelent condition.
became famous during the occupation of Afghanistan where it was synonymous with
the Soviet fighting man.
Camouflage Visor Hat of KGB Border Guard, Airborne, and Special Forces, dated
1984. Size 57. A very uncommon piece from the Soviet Afghan War period in
used but excellent condition.
Syriyka Field Cap for desert climates, dated 1979. Originally used by
Soviet
advisors in Syria - hence its unofficial nickname - this cap was later adopted by
the Soviet Army for various places with desert terrain including Afghanistan. Size
56 (US 7, Medium); unissued near mint condition.

Ushanka hat in Astrakhan lamb fur for Generals, circa 1970s-80s. In very
fine to excellent condition. This very uncommon high-quality hat will display
beautifully.
"Finka" Cap in black leather and lamb fur, c. late 1940s - 1950s. The design was copied from the Finns after 1939-1940 Winter War. Approx. size 57. VG to EXC condition.
Papakha Fur Cap, dated 1967, specially made in USSR for the October
Revolution 50th anniversary parade. A very interesting original Soviet-made
Soviet reenactment item! EXC condition.
Ushanka Winter Fur Hat for Navy Enlisted Sailor, dated 1985. Nicely Marked
and comes w. attached original manufacturer's tag and tin seal. Size 58 (US
size 7 ¼). Unused, with some tiny areas where the fur was damaged in storage,
otherwise in mint condition and will look perfect when displayed or worn.
M 1936 Navy Torpedo Boat or Submarine Crewman's Helmet with Face Mask and Cowl,
c. early to mid-1950s. Large size, will fit up to at
least size 59 head. Excellent unissued condition.
"Generic" Navy Cap Tally for a "Donald Duck" Beskozyrka Cap,
1970s-80s. Cap tallies of this type were worn by sailors on
honor guard detail, staff of the naval headquarters or other
special duties which meant that they reported directly to the
central command of the Soviet Navy.
