    $450.00 Honorary Badge (Medal) for the Defense of New Shanghai, 1950-52. Also known as "Shanghai Air Defense Order", this award was bestowed upon Soviet airmen who assisted Chinese communists in the air war against Nationalist Chinese government based in Taiwan (the same Soviet pilots based out of China probably took part in fighting US air forces over Korean Peninsula). Interesting and attractive award of the Korean War era. In excellent condition.
    $350.00 Medal in Commemoration of the Opening of Railroad Traffic between Chengdu and Chongqing, 1952. Interesting award for construction of the first railway since the founding of the People's Republic of China.

    $370.00 Korean Peace Medal, 1st cl. large, 45.5 mm version awarded exclusively to officers, 1953. Very attractive piece in brass and high quality enamel. In excellent condition.

    $420.00 Medal to a Railway Worker of China, mid 1950s. Features steam engine locomotive and PLA soldier with PPSh submachine gun. The reverse has 1955 date, probably the date when the medal was instituted. Very scarce military medal awarded for distinction in the Korean War. In very fine to excellent condition.

    $150.00 Medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship, 1951 issue. This is the first version of the medal, awarded to Soviet military advisors during the early period of the Korean War. In very fine condition; includes scarce original ribbon and star.
    $125.00 Medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship, 1952 issue. Second version of the medal, awarded during the Korean War. In very fine condition. Comes with original ribbon and attached star.

    $95.00 Document for a Medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship, with attached official Russian translation, 1952. Awarded for "friendly help provided by Soviet specialists in creating a special type of military units in the Chinese People's Liberation Army". Very uncommon and early Korean War issue.
