Silver gilt, enamels; measures 46.7 mm tall incl. eyelet, 41.0 mm wide; weighs 35.0 g not including the suspension and connecting link. Type 1 featuring riveted two-piece construction; the hammer & sickle emblem is a separate, superimposed part. Note the five-digit serial number, relatively low even for a Type 1.

In outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel is essentially perfect having only a couple of microscopic contact marks that are completely invisible to the naked eye. The details are perfect and crisp. The fire gilt on the wreath and letters is clearly visible. Very at

Comes on original two-layer suspension in aluminum with a nicely preserved clean old ribbon. The connecting link appears to be original; its ends are joined with solder in a seamless manner characteristic of the Soviet mint.
