Single page approx. 7" x 10", front only, decorated with the Soviet Naval Flag, the Ready for Labor and Defense badge, and Navy-themed graphics at the bottom. The citation was issued to Midshipman Petrenko for active participation in the sports events of the summer competitions at the Tallinn Naval Base. The citation is dated 13 August 1951 and is signed by the Party and Komsomol leaders of the base.

In excellent condition, showing only barely noticeable corner bumps. The ink stamp of the base is somewhat blurred, not too intrusive to the eye or detractive.
