The order is in silver and enamels; measures 46.1 mm tall x 43.8 mm wide; weighs 26.3 g without the screw plate. Variation featuring a reverse without a well-defined depression around the screw post.
In excellent condition. The enamel is essentially perfect; there are only a couple of microscopic contact marks unnoticeable to the naked eye. Some of the original factory-applied dark finish on the rifle and sword is still present. There is attractive light toning to silver on both sides. The screw post is full length, over 13 mm, and includes an original screw plate.

Order Booklet, Series B #055659 is of the special type designed specifically for the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd cl. of 1985 issue. The document is in excellent condition, showing only a very mild wear to the edges and normal age toning to the interior, no soiling or damage of any kind.
