In excellent condition. The only item of detriment is the separation of the back free endpaper from the textblock at the hinge, not detractive in the slightest. The binding is tight and strong. The cover is free of stains, corner bumps, scuffing or any other damage or age wear.

The album includes photos of some palatial and industrial buildings but mostly residential ones, from large apartment buildings to magnificent mansions, including details of interior design. Amazing artistry and complexity of both exteriors and interiors, proudly showing off the owners' wealth and appreciation of beauty.
