In very good condition. The paper cover shows minor faint stains and light wear to the edges and corners. The title pages are separated from the main textblock. Some of the internal pages show signs of beginning separation from the binding. The binding still holds the textblock together but a professional binding job is advised. The textblock is printed on thick cardboard-like paper, and is clean and free of significant wear.
