In very good condition. The cover shows wear to the corners
and edges and some minor spots, however it is still very
presentable. The binding is completely sound although its
rubberized fabric has a minor separation at the bottom end
of the spine, easy to repair with some paper glue if
desired. The. The internal pages are generally very clean
with only mild age toning and a few small spots to the last
few pages, not detractive.
