In light nonferrous metal, approx. 58 mm wide, 6 mm thick. The obverse features the Order of October Revolution with which the factory was awarded and the raised inscription "25th Anniversary of DNEPROSHINA Association". The reverse has the name of the city, Dnepropetrovsk (modern-day Dnipro) and the years of the factory's existence.

In excellent condition, showing just a few minuscule bumps to the edge of the rim.

The medal comes in its original fitted case of issue in red plastic with clear Plexiglas lid. The space for the medal is padded with blue soft fabric. The case is in excellent condition, showing only mild scuffing to the outer surface of the lid.
