Badge of a Master (Highest Qualification Worker) of Local Industry of Latvian SSR, circa 1960s-70s.

Nickel-plated brass, "cold" enamels; 25.9 x 23.3 mm. The inscription is in Latvian. The artwork on the background is in style of the national flag of Latvian SSR. Very uncommon badge in excellent condition.
