In very good to excellent condition. The hairline to the clear resin at the top right-hand corner is barely visible and not too detractive. The metal under the resin retains its original golden luster. The pin attachment is clean and perfectly functional. The issue box shows light scuffing, visible mostly just when it is tilted to reflect a bright light.
