In excellent condition. Shows a couple of very small ink stains and some staining to the back cover, none too detractive. Interestingly, there are some pencil notes on the inside, probably added by the original recipient, including his 1916 date of birth, address, and military rank of senior sergeant (probably at retirement).

Overall, the document is very sound and clean. This certificate would be perfect to accompany Variation 3 "Voenkomat" medal.
