Badge for Distinguished Service in MVD, 1st class, 1970-1991.

Anodized aluminum, paint, lacquer. The medallion is approx. 37 mm wide. The reverse shows an inscription "For Distinction in Service". There is a star-shaped logo of the Pobeda Factory on the reverse of the suspension device.
