The size is 6 ¼" x 4 ½", published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The obverse features a large special-issue postal stamp showing the emblem of the Olympic Equestrian Sports competition, canceled with the First Day stamp issued by the Moscow Post Office and dated 22 September 1977. The artwork on the left side of the obverse is identical to the graphics of the stamp.

In excellent condition, just minimal storage wear to the verso.
