The size is continental standard 6" x 4", with a pre-printed postal stamp canceled with the stamp of a post office branch in the town of Zhlobin, Belorussian SSR. The wording at the top of the obverse shows the slogans with which Bolsheviks seduced the Russian workers and peasantry: "Power to the Soviets! Peace to the nations! Land to the peasants!" The inscription on the verso contains well wishes on occasion of the anniversary of the October Revolution.
