**Government Postcard 9 May - Victory Day, 1988.**

The size is continental standard 6" x 4", with a pre-printed postal stamp; postally unused and unmarked. Published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation 7.4 million.

Excellent condition. Tilting the obverse to reflect a bright light reveals mild storage wear; however, it is absolutely invisible at a normal viewing angle.
