**Government Postcard Happy Victory Day, 1976.**

The size is continental standard 6" x 4", with a pre-printed postal stamp cancelled with the stamp of a post office branch in Kiev, Ukraine. Published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The inscription on the verso contains well wishes on occasion of both the 1 May and Victory Day, a common practice in the Soviet Union for these two holidays close to one another in the calendar.

In excellent condition.
