The size is standard 6 ¼" x 4 ½", postally unused, published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The name of the artist, P. Bendel, is printed on the lower flap on the verso. The artwork is an offset print of his watercolor portrait of four times Hero of the Soviet Union, Marshal Georgiy Zhukov, commemorating his 80th birthday.

In very good to excellent condition, showing a few minor faint stains and an occasional wrinkle, not very obvious or detractive.
