The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked, published by IZOGIZ, the State Visual Arts Publishing House, circulation 100,000. The artist's name, V. Beskaravainyy, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. His hand signature is seen in the lower right-hand corner of the image. The artwork is an offset print of Beskaravainyy's painting.

In very good condition. The top layer of the paper at the right-side corners is stripped. The one at the bottom unfortunately took off the end of the artist's signature. This is the only significant wear. The verso is unmarked and perfectly clean.
