In excellent, near mint condition. The medallion is free of noticeable wear of any kind; its raised details are perfect and extremely crisp. The "gilt" mint luster is exceptionally bright and spotless on both sides. Comes on original aluminum suspension with a perfectly preserved, immaculately clean vintage ribbon.

Overall, a superb example of the less common version of the Victory Medal - literally impossible to upgrade.
