Shows an ink stamp of the 7th Order of the Red Banner NKVD Regiment and a signature of the unit commander, Lt. Col. Yakovlev, with his position fully spelled-out. The back cover has a typographically printed serial number and a much later hand-written note in ink that the 30th Anniversary of Victory Medal has been issued.

Excellent condition. There is only a light age toning and mild wrinkles, no tears, stains or soiling. The hand-written text is fully legible. It is fairly uncommon to see such a document issued by an NKVD unit, as the NKVD's name changed to MVD during the same month of March 1946.
