Booklet in soft covers bound in red textured paper, 3 ½" x 2 ½". The front cover features the embossed image of the DOSAAF badge and the full name below, "All-Union Order of the Red Banner Volunteer Society for Assistance to the Army, Air Force, and Navy." Interestingly, the ID was issued by the Construction Enterprise #4 where Korenev was working, not the local DOSAAF organization.

In excellent condition. The paper is slightly wrinkled, the spine of the cover shows light wear to the textured paper, but all this wear is not very obvious or detractive. Inside, all the printed and handwritten text, stamp and signature of the person accepting membership dues are crisp, clear, and perfectly legible.
