Brass, nickel plating, enamels; 50.9 x 28.9 mm. Very well-made and complex badge of four-piece construction; the merchant ship with a 1963 date of graduation, globe with the anchor, and plaque with the abbreviated name of the program ВИТК ("VITK") are separate superimposed parts.

In very fine condition. There is a single tiny surface flake to the white border on the left and a minor amount of rubbing, but the enamel is otherwise intact. The finish is perfect. The screw post has been repaired or reinforced with solder but appears to be original to the badge; it comes with the unmarked original screw plate.

This extremely scarce and interesting piece was issued only to a single graduation class in 1963.
