Engraved Silver Presentation Plaque for a Folder of an Honorary Certificate, issued on 23 February 1928 to "Comrade Ivanov".

In unmarked silver, approx. 67 mm wide x 38 mm tall, measured between the opposite parallel sides. Engraved in the characteristic calligraphy of the era "To a veteran of the Red Army Comrade Ivanov from the Izyum OIK (Regional Executive Committee) on the day of the 10th anniversary of the Red Army".

Good condition. One of the corners has been clipped, but the rest of the plaque and the text of the presentation inscription are intact. Attractive patina to silver.
