In wool bunting, same quality and construction as the typical Soviet Navy ensign and other naval flags of the period. Measures approx. 3.5' x 4.5'. Comes with a long attachment rope, complete with metal hardware to hoist on the line. The hoist sleeve shows markings of the Vladimirskaya Factory, quality control stamp, manufacturing standard code "GOST-81" and a 1991 date of manufacture.

In good condition. There are a few small moth holes and nips, mostly in near the hoist sleeve, that are not very detractive considering the overall size of the flag. The flag is completely sound, and the colors are bright, not showing any fading.
