In synthetic silk. Very large size, about 6 ½' x 4 ¼'. Features white field with wide blue margin at the bottom, large Soviet state emblem in the center. The canvas hoist sleeve is blank without the date, which is not uncommon for 1980s naval flags.

In outstanding, excellent condition; shows no stains, tears, fading or other damage of any kind. This flag was raised only when the Supreme Commander of the Soviet Navy was present onboard the ship. Its size makes it appropriate for one of the larger ships such as destroyer or cruiser. It's quite hard to find in such a great condition.
