Measures 29.5 x 31.6 mm. Well-made pin back construction badge with Lenin's and Stalin's photographically reproduced portraits printed on paper under a translucent plastic covering, circular tin "frame" in a nicely struck brass oak and laurel leaf outer frame. At the bottom a red-painted stylized bow bears the Roman numeral XXX and the dates 1917 and 1947.

Very fine to excellent condition. The red paint shows some minimal wear - probably due more to the liberal manner that it was originally hand applied. Very nicely preserved and under magnification, the center's plastic covering shows remarkably little wear.
