Sewing Girl, Polonnoe Artistic Ceramics Factory, circa 1973-1991, very large porcelain figurine captures the perfect essence of a young woman intent upon her sewing or embroidery.

6 1/8" x 4 x 9 (155 x 100 x 228mm). Striking rendition of a peasant woman busy at work. Excellent condition.

The stamp on the bottom indicated that its Soviet era official fixed price was 8 rubles and 80 kopecks. A perfect gift for someone actively interested in embroidery or needlepoint.
