Badge in Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the Tallinn Underwater Rescue and Salvage Operations Unit, Estonian SSR, 1979.

Brass, enamels; 30.2 x 23.1 mm. Features a Russian-language inscription АСПТР ("ASPTR"), scuba-diving helmet, a view of Tallinn's harbor and its iconic Toompea Castle tower with the flag of Estonian SSR. Extremely nice quality, especially for a relatively late Soviet badge. Excellent condition.
