Government Postal Cover Commemorating тхе 60th Anniversary of KGB / MVD Dinamo Sports Association, 1983.

The size is 6 ¼" x 4 ½", published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The artwork in the left obverse panel depicts the emblem of the Dinamo Sports Association under the Soviet military red star, surrounded by festive graphics.

In excellent, near mint condition.

The Dinamo Sports Association was formed on 18 April 1923 as a sports club for the Soviet law enforcement, including state security and police forces.
