Small Bust of Lenin in Bisque Porcelain, unmarked, circa 1960s.
Stands just 4 ½" tall, the base is 1 ½" square. The style is very reminiscent of the work of ЛФЗ (LFZ, Lomonosov Porcelain Factory) masters, however the bust is unmarked, possibly because the many dark spots in the mass, likely bubbles that occurred during the baking, did not pass the very strict LFZ Quality Control. That said, these spots are truly tiny and unobtrusive and not too obvious.
We would still grade its condition as excellent due to the absence of any chips, scratches, or any other post-manufacture wear. The head is finely sculpted, and the asymmetry
