The crown is in blue gabardine with green wool piping and a black velvet band. Comes complete with the Ministry of Transportation cockade and "wheel with wings" emblem on the top of the crown. Comes with the attached original manufacturer's paper tag from the Knyagino factory, showing the size, current retail price of 268 rubles (reflecting rampant inflation unthinkable only a couple of years prior), and the quality control mark (certifying 1st rate quality).
