The original manufacturer's box is in laminated cardboard sized 12" x 8 ¼" x 1". It is considerably larger than the plaque, suggesting that perhaps it used to have a soft fitted space for the plaque, now removed. The lid features the logo of the Leningrad workshop "Monument-Sculpture". The manufacturer's paper tag on the bottom of the box is missing its right side but preserves the first letter "A" of the name of the item and most of the last name of the model maker, "Vinograd_" ("Vinogradov" or "Vinogradova", depending on the model maker's sex).

The plaque is in excellent condition. There are just a few barely noticeable scuffs to the rear of the edges showing brass under the silver paint, otherwise perfect.

The box is in three parts: the lid is intact but the bottom of the box is completely separated from the sides.

Please note that the Order of October Revolution in our photo is only for size reference.
