In silver, 24.9 mm wide, weighs 4.8 g including the custom-made eyelet. Suspended from a threaded ribbon in dark burgundy moiré silk. The obverse is inscribed with the motto PIETATE ET CONCORDIA in Latin. The reverse is inscribed with the following, also in Latin: LEOPOLDVS II D G ROM IMP S A GER HVN BOH REX ARCHID AVSTRIAE CORONATVS POSONII XV NOV MDCCXC.
