Postcard Commemorating the Anniversary of October Revolution, inscribed, 1972.
The size is continental standard 6" x 4", with a pre-printed postal stamp canceled by a post office branch in Leningrad. The cancel at the bottom of the verso was stamped at the destination, in Kiev, Ukraine. Published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The text on the obverse reads "Glory to October!" The inscription on the verso contains well wishes on occasion of the holiday.
