The size is continental standard 6" x 4", with a pre-printed postal stamp canceled with a stamp of a Kiev post office branch. Published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The text on the obverse reads "Peace, Work, May. Happy Holiday!" The handwritten inscription on the verso contains well wishes from a family of friends on occasion of the holiday.

In excellent condition, just a bit of storage wear. The inscription was written in ink and has two small slightly blurred spots due to water exposure, not obscuring the text.
