The size is continental standard 6" x 4", with a pre-printed postal stamp canceled by the stamp of a Kiev Post Office branch. Published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The inscription on the verso contains well wishes on occasion of the anniversary of the October Revolution.

In very good to excellent condition. The obverse shows a few microscopic bumps to the edges and corners, and a small crease to the top right-hand corner. The verso is mildly age-toned; the inscription is crisp and perfectly legible.
