The size is continental standard 6" x 4", unmailable without a cover, publisher and circulation unknown. The artist's name, Yu. Vinogradov, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. His hand signature can be seen in the lower right-hand corner of the image. The artwork is an offset print of Vinogradov's 1955 oil-on-canvas painting from the collection of the Central Museum of Revolution of the USSR.
