In outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel shows a beautiful luster and is essentially perfect, having only some microscopic contact marks that are completely invisible to the naked eye and not easy to find even with a 10x loupe. The center medallion has a couple of minuscule scratches to the recessed field that are nearly unnoticeable, otherwise essentially pristine, with its raised details perfect and exceptionally crisp. The screw post is full length, over 12 mm, and includes original WW2 era screw plate. A superb example overall.
