Uncommonly, the poster features the printer's trademark in the center of the bottom margin, reading "Property of the I. Mashistov's Typo-Lithographic Partnership. Reprinting is forbidden."
In very good to excellent condition. Some wear - wrinkles and short tears - to the bottom and right margins does not affect the captions and does not reach the artwork. The colors are vibrant, the overlay of colors is very precise, the text is clear and perfectly legible.
The village of Bakalarzewo was located within the area where fierce battles took place between German and Russian troops, particularly in the fall of 1914.
