The lettering in red on the cover reads "Certificate for the Badge Veteran of the 8th and 1st AF Armies." The left page inside features the image of the badge. The certificate is signed by the Chairman of the Veterans Committee colonel Yanchuk (ret.) and the committee's secretary.
In excellent condition, showing minimal storage wear and a couple of tiny stains on the back cover.
