Brass, silver plating, enamels; 39.6 x 17.6 mm. Early version featuring a smooth, slightly concaved reverse with silver finish.
In excellent condition, uncommon for this early version of the badge. The enamel is extremely well-preserved and shows a beautiful luster; it is completely free of the usual chips, flakes and hairlines, and has only a few microscopic contact marks completely unnoticeable to the naked eye.
The silver plating on the reverse is completely intact. The screw post is of full length, approximately 9.5 mm, and comes with the original screw plate make
