In very good to excellent condition. The cover is clean, the oilcloth is mildly frayed along the edges, the lettering on the cover is clear and completely legible. Inside, all the printed and handwritten text is crisp and clear. The ink stamp was pressed unevenly, leaving only the word "osoaviakhim" legible.
