Brass, enamels; 26.9 mm tall x 27.7 mm wide. Features the national flag of Lithuanian SSR and inscription "For Fire Protection" in Lithuanian language. Very well-made piece. Interestingly, although the badge was issued in Lithuania, the 60th jubilee refers to the date of the creation of the Soviet Fire Department by Lenin's decree in April 1918, more than two decades before the annexation of Latvia by the Soviet Union. The badge is in excellent condition.
