In very good to excellent condition. The glaze is not universally smooth and shiny, a glazing imperfection which earned the decanter its blue- colored maker's mark and "2-C" under it (2nd quality rating by the factory's QC). However, this is not very obvious, and there is no post- production wear visible to the naked eye. The lid is a replacement, but a perfectly fitting one.
