The reason for issuance of this records card is stated as "renewal of Party documents", the CPSU Regulations procedure whereby membership cards and records cards were re-issued every ten years. The card records an interesting work career, starting from July 1941 and ending in December 1981: from rank-and-file fighter in a partisan regiment to medic instructor in an NKVD border guards regiment, to radio operator of a partisan detachment in Belorussia. The last entry covers the period from October 1944 to November 1981: operative of NKGB-MGB-MVD-KGB, Ukrainian SSR. Retired in December 1981. The last entry on p. 18 is interesting: even a retired communist remains a communist, and must be registered with the local party cell. Miknnenko was registered with the party cell of the utilities management company servicing the building she lived in.
