Two porcelain tea cup-and-saucer pairs, in cobalt blue with gilt embellishments and sculpted 3-D red berries, 4 items, by Dovbysh Porcelain Factory, 1974-91.

The cups are 2 ½' tall, 3 ½" wide at the lip, and 2" across at the foot. The saucers are 5 ½" across at the lip. Elegantly sized and richly and tastefully decorated with bands of gilt and sparse gold floral nicely spaced ornamental elements. The red berries are a delightful feature characteristic of the Dovbysh masters: they are tiny convex drops of red, creating a beautiful 3-D effect. In very good to excellent condition. There is no wear visible to the naked eye but there are a few very minor production imperfections (e.g., an uneven line of the gold band around the cup's lip), hardly noticeable but probably the main reason Quality Control gave this set the second quality rating. These imperfections are insignificant, and becomes obvious only at close inspection.

Please note that the teaspoon in our photo is for size reference.
