In silver, gold, enamels, measures 85.4 mm, weighs 71.5 g. The center medallion features a left-facing white enameled falcon, attached to a golden radiant circle. The medallion ring shows raised inner border, smooth on the inside and knurled on the outside. The outer border of the ring is massive and of the same design. The ring is enameled in blue and inscribed VIGILANDO ASCENDIMUS ("We Rise Through Watchfulness"). The outer border is superimposed on a green-enameled Maltese cross with thin golden edges. The reverse is plain, showing eight rivets. The maker's mark in the center

In excellent condition. There is no wear visible to the naked eye. There is a microscopic flake to the white enamel at the tip of the falcon's left wing, noticeable only under strong magnification.
The Order of the White Falcon was founded on 2 August 1732 by Duke Ernest Augustus with the original name "Großherzoglich Sächsischer
Hausorden der Wachsamkeit oder vom Weißen Falken") and renewed in 1815 by Charles Augustus. The order was abolished in 1918.
